SWIMWELL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS 

All lessons are 39 term time weeks per year. Payments are made on a monthly subscription, which is the cost of 39 lessons averaged over the year. The payment amount is the same every month, regardless of holidays.

REFUNDS

Swimwell Ltd is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend the swimming lessons.

In the event that Swimwell Ltd has to cancel a lesson firstly an alternative lesson will be offered. If the alternative lesson cannot be attended no refund will be given. If an alternative cannot be offered by Swimwell, a full refund will be given within 30 working days.

In an unfortunate event whereby, you cannot attend a course because of an extreme circumstance notice please put your case in writing as soon as possible by e-mailing office@swimwell.org.uk and a decision will be made under management discretion.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

You can cancel at anytime by sending an email to office@swimwell.org.uk.  A refund for remaining lessons that month will be given unless you decide to give us a specific date to end.

If you cancel during July and don’t make payment for August, this will be due for payment should you wish to return at any point in the following 12 months. This is due to how we pro-rata your payments over 12 equal monthly payments for the 39 weeks of lessons.
